Hunter's Heritage Chapters Eight and Nine

I hope you all have had a great first week of the year! This week has been pretty great for me. We went to see two movies this week. Into the Spider-Verse (which was so fantastic. It was one of the best movies I've ever seen) and Aquaman (which was a fun movie). I'm also almost done with Fawkes by Nadine Brandes and I think I'll write a review of it since I haven't done that in a while.

For now though, here's two new chapters of Hunter's Heritage:

An hour in and Tabitha was already getting bored. She had already switched the station five times in the past ten minutes, and she could tell from Sebastian’s pinched expression that it was getting on his nerves. From the way Jonas sulked in the backseat, his eyes on his phone Tabitha could tell the music wasn’t helping him either. She frowned and sighed loudly, slumping in her seat.
Sebastian’s mouth turned up an amused smile. “What is it Tabitha?”
“I’m bored,” she groaned.
“And here we go,” Jonas muttered in the back.
Tabitha scowled and turned in her seat. “What is that supposed to mean?”
Jonas finally looked up from his phone. “You always get bored on long car rides. Ever since we were little anyone in the car with you for more than an hour were subjected to your constant whining or endless chattering. Can’t you just put on a radio station, leave it there and stare out the window?”
Tabitha didn’t care how childish it was; she stuck her tongue out at him. Jonas rolled his eyes and gave her a nasty look right back. She flopped back around, flipping her hair over her shoulder. “No Jonas, I cannot just look out the window. I’m bored and have all this pent-up energy. I feel like I’m going to explode, this is driving me crazy.”

How to Revise like a Pantser ft. Big Hero 6 Gifs

Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope you've had a great week so far and that you have a great Easter weekend ahead! We plan on going to my grandparent's on Friday to celebrate Easter with family and spending the night there so that'll be a fun time. :) Alright, so I contemplated doing an Easter-y post on here but I wasn't even sure what that would look like... So instead, I thought I'd do something fun and happy in honor of the celebration of Easter on Sunday. Without further ado, here is your Big Hero 6 gif filled revising process from a real life pantser: The end of your first draft is in sight! You type like crazy, stay up past your normal bedtime until it is finished. When you type The End, the satisfaction that you actually did this thing sets in. Guys, it is the sweetest feeling ever. Knowing you worked so hard to complete this draft and came out on the other side. Unscathed? Perhaps not. But triumphant? Definitely! That first draft is a total disast...

These movies were a disgrace to the books buuut I needed a gif so here you go haha How is this even a question? ;) Camp Halfblood of course! I adore the Percy Jackson series, so I would do just about anything to be a halfblood for the Summer. The real question is, who would my parent be?? My enneagram four side who loves being special and different wants me to be a kid of one of the big three... maybe Hades just to make myself extra special and unique from everyone else ;) But m...

Cover Reveal: Golden Touch!!

Happy Tuesday!!  Today's the day! I turn 23 and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than to share the cover for Golden Touch! I think this is by far my favorite cover my mom has ever done. It's crazy to think that this time last year Golden Touch was still just a first draft and I was in the middle of writing book 2 of the series. A defining part of my twenty-second year will always be having revised Golden Touch and written almost the entire Archive Series. And now I get to open up my twenty-third year with sharing the cover and writing book the first draft of book 5, the very last book in the series. God is so good guys. I really think He gave me Golden Touch and this whole series a few months before the events of 2020 started. He gave me a story I could get lost in, I could find joy in even during some of the hardest times of the year. And now I get to share the cover and I get to close out the series and I just pray and hope that God will use Golden Touch and...
